STUDENT BURSARY APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS


The 30th International Applied Geochemistry Symposium (IAGS 2024) Bursary Program provides undergraduate and postgraduate students with the opportunity to participate in the IAGS 2024 in Adelaide, Australia.

Awardees are eligible to receive expense reimbursement for the associated costs of registration and travel costs (if applicable). This applies to those of you who have registered for the IAGS already.

Travel bursaries will be considered in accordance with Australian Visa requirements. For up-to-date information on current restrictions, please refer to the visa page

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for this bursary, you must be either an undergraduate student or postgraduate student.
  • Applicants may be registered full-time or part-time at University.
  • Successful applicants will be required to write a short paragraph about their conference experience and are expected to attend the Student Networking Event during the conference. 
  • Successful applicants will be required to participate in a post-conference survey which will help guide the evaluation and direction of the program.
